Our team specialises in all areas of geotechnical, tunnel and underground engineering, has worked together on the design of several major infrastructure projects around the world and understands the challenges involved in design and construction.

Andreas AMON
Andreas is a registered professional engineer with more than 20 years of international experience in the design of tunnels and underground structures with particular expertise in complex designs for contractors and clients.

Eng How GHEE
Eng How has worked in the field of civil engineering for almost 20 years, with many years focusing on geotechnical, structural and tunnel designs. He has worked on numerous D&C detailed design projects.

Paul BARRACLOUGH
Paul is a chartered professional engineer with 25 years of international experience in the design and construction of tunnels and underground structures, particularly D&C detailed design delivery.

Ben COOMBES
Ben is a registered professional engineer with 18 years’ experience in the design of tunnels and slopes with a specialty in complex numerical analysis and construction supervision of civil and mining projects.

Vic LOK
Vic is a chartered professional engineer with more than 12 years’ experience in the design of tunnels and underground structures in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and Australia for contractors and clients.

Nima ENFERADI
Nima is a geotechnical/tunnel engineer with 14 years’ experience in the design and construction of mined tunnels as well as geotechnical design aspects such as deep excavations, retaining walls and shafts.

Daniel RODRIGUES
Daniel is a senior engineer with over five years’ experience designing tunnels and underground structures on major road, rail and utility projects.

Tamas MEGYERI
Tamas has over 10 years international experience in the design of soft-ground and hard rock underground structures and tunnels with extensive knowledge in numerical modelling.

Chin Ong GOH
Ong is a structural/geotechnical engineer with more than eight years’ experience in the design of underground structures, geotechnical design aspects such as deep excavations, retaining walls and shafts.

Daniel BORBELY
Daniel has 8 years’ experience in geotechnical engineering, state-of-the-art geotechnical numerical modelling, tunnel design, deep excavation and deep foundation design and evaluation of monitoring data.

Kliff LAI
Kliff is a chartered engineer with a combination of 3 years design and construction experience in mined tunnels, and 4 years site supervision experience on major infrastructure projects in Hong Kong.

Kean Yoong CHEE
Kean Yoong is a senior geotechnical engineer with more than 6 years’ experience in deep excavation and foundation design for major building and infrastructure projects.

Vaclav NOVOTNY
Vaclav is a tunnel engineer with five years’ experience in the design of mined tunnels and underground structures including construction support roles on tunnel construction projects in Europe.

Johnson YEW
Johnson is a geotechnical engineer. He has 5 years’ experience in the design of deep excavation works, slope stabilisation, reclamation, marine and coastal project developments.

Joel MISA
Joel has vast knowledge in the design of structural and tunnel works for temporary and permanent support requirements including BIM modelling. He has more than 20 years’ experience.

Al ALQUIZALAS
Al has an extensive background in the design of major infrastructure projects in rock and soft ground for concept, tender and detailed designs with more than 20 years’ experience.

Jacqueline PASCUA
Jacqueline has over 19 years’ experience in structural drafting for building and infrastructure projects. In recent years she has pioneered BIM projects and developed expertise in setting up new projects.

Bernadette MAGSINO
Bernadette has over 10 years’ experience as a civil and structural designer. She has an extensive background in structural design of earth retaining stabilizing structures, shafts and tunnels.

Andy LEE
Andy has over 15 years drafting experience in building and infrastructure projects of temporary and permanent support for underground structures and tunnels. He is also experienced in developing 3D and BIM modelling.

Felorie DALIRE
Felorie has over 18 years’ experience in drafting temporary and permanent underground structures, deep excavations and detailed geotechnical drawings on major infrastructure projects.

Nathan GILCHRIST
Nathan is a draftsperson with over 10 years’ experience in various infrastructure projects, most recently in temporary works for tunnels and shaft designs.

Erlinda MANALO
Erlinda has 22 years’ experience in structural drafting for building and infrastructure projects such as commercial residential buildings and metro rail stations. She has a vast knowledge in BIM modelling.

Vicky LEE
Vicky brings her skills as an experienced administrative manager of providing extensive support to SMEs and large MNCs. She is involved in all aspects of administration, HR and finance at NOMA.

Joseph GEH
Joseph is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 17 years’ experience in Auditing and Accounting, specialising in small to medium sized firms. He has wide range of knowledge from working in different industries.

Dolly Valerie BERTULFO
Dolly brings her experience in human resources and executive assistance which she developed from working with the government, the banking industry and the energy industry.
